These organizations are already working closely together on various constituent initiatives. And now by working as a team on this building’s space planning, looking at space and equipment sharing and even discussing some future staff sharing, we expect to realize varying degrees of operational expense reductions. Our commitment is to reduce costs while increasing overall efficiencies and effectiveness among all partnering organizations and, as such, better position us all to serve our collective missions.
